At Lavish, we want every customer to feel confident, satisfied, and stylish with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item has no stains, damage, or signs of wear
- Original tags and packaging are still intact
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
Items not meeting the above conditions will not be eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear
- Socks
- Accessories such as caps, jewelry, or grooming products
- Discounted or sales items
- Gift cards
- Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Items must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong size
- The wrong product
Please contact us immediately with photos.
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item at no extra cost, or
- Offer a full refund if the item is out of stock.
- Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of error from our side.
- Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for:
- A different size
- A different color (if available)
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in acceptable condition.
- Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
